I have been coming here for months and cannot fault the service that I receive from the whole team, you feel so welcome on arrival. I would also like to recommend Holly, she has always done my hair and I cannot fault her service even if I tried, will returning again and recommending the service to everyone!

A lovely hair dresses situated in Great Chart, on the outskirts of Ashford. The staff are really friendly and know what they're doing. Inside it's quite spacious. Parking is out on the street and there's usually a spot available.

Absolutely beautiful salon with fantastic staff. I have Lily but all the other girls are amazing too. Always made to feel comfortable instantly and listened to. My hair is absolutely stunning. Thank you all so much 💖

I had the IG Signature head spa and nail treatment on the 31st October 2024. Dani, the therapist was absolutely superb, and I would highly recommend her and the treatments. Such a lovely lady and very knowledgeable. Five stars all round.

Had an appointment with Clare for a Japanese Head Spa and i couldn’t recommend it more! It was the most relaxing experience ive ever had. Everyone in the salon made me feel so welcome and i left feeling so good about myself!

So glad to find this place and as someone who dreads going to a hairdresser this was the nicest experience I can remember, a really good atmosphere here, even though quite busy (and due to that time of year). It’s clear staff are happy and enjoy doing what they do. Abby was very thorough in making sure I got what I came in for and really put me at ease, a great cut and lovely well lasting finish. They do a great selection of salon products here also. I popped back in to have a gel manicure later which was also brilliant! And still going strong despite my own not so great nails. I’d definitely recommend for both salons.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ivy Grace Hair Salon and my incredible stylist, Abby. After years of bouncing from salon to salon, never quite finding the right fit. I discovered this gem back in 2023 and it has completely changed my hair journey. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the salon’s warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s beautifully designed, clean, and has such a relaxing, uplifting vibe. The entire team is friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcomed and cared for. inding “the one” when it comes to hair is no easy task, but Abby and Ivy Grace have made it easy for me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now. Highly, highly recommended!

The staff in this Salon are super friendly & so fantastic at what they do!!! The whole place is lovely. Lead by the owner Sophia I can praise her & her team highly enough. Can’t wait to go back!
